Is Your Pet Loss Grief Support Group a Positive or Negative Experience? A Really Tough Question!

Support groups for pet connections through angel animals, animal spirits, pet networks, animal afterlife and Rainbow Bridge residents come in all sizes and flavors; in person, in healthcare facilities, in church, in homeless pet shelters, animal rescue groups, other organizations and online. They are promoted to provide substantive and positive emotional and spiritual support. Does your pet loss group meet the criteria for a positive or negative experience?

A positive proactive support group is one that encourages learning. This group promotes going forward and helps facilitate expanded awareness and your empowerment. They are a blessing in your life!

The positive group leader is not intimidated by your unanswerable questions, but inspired to become more educated. This moderator encourages you to ask questions that require more research in order to challenge each group member to think beyond the present pet loss “was” circumstances and into a larger mindset of “is it possible my pet could reincarnate?”

This open minded attitude discourages group members from maintaining a “my pet is forever gone” victim mentality.

A positive animal bereavement group is aware of the psychological reasons you might be using your negative reaction for “sympathy attention.” They understand this is a confusing and complicated time in your life. From your introductory "pet loss story" to your weekly “how are you doing” tale of woe, the negative pet loss support group meets only to celebrate the identity you created from the devastating death of your pet. This is a "victim" group, bonding with others and commiserating in perpetual negative energy at the highest level of disguise.

No matter how much you think this group is helping you cope with the death of a pet, they are not. They exist to talk about and share negative experiences creating a "stuck" atmosphere. It's bonding by ongoing "downers." You do not receive points for being a victim of your pet loss. You are in fact, contributing to your own demise.

It should be a great concern to participate in a group that does nothing but recount what “was” and all the continual unhappiness permeating the lives of its pet loss participants. Inevitably this will negatively impact participant's minds and spirits. Your pet’s death details and painful suffering do not need to be addressed over and over, again and again.

Since you’ve already lived your pet loss “story,” why would anyone keep activating that grief and negative energy? This is a common scenario in online Internet groups. Research substantiates that recounting your horror story and reading the countless painful venting of others does not facilitate positive mental responses.

Acceptance is one thing, denial another. Being “the victim” of your pet’s death drains your energy. Experiencing pet loss and addressing it with the "pity poor me" approach is futile. It may elicit help for a while, but the key here is "for a while." Give up the pity party. Look for a new pet loss grief perspective to restore your heart and inspire hope.

As long as you are recounting what “was,” you are living in the past. I know folks who are still telling the same story about “Fluffy’s” death with every tiny detail embellished to the fullest just to keep the conversation vibrant with the drama of what was.

To this type of person, actually moving forward after their bereavement “oh no,” that pet guardian would need to have a life and do something other than talk about themselves and their loss.

This type of individual just moves from person to person, support group to support group until that cluster of listeners isn’t asking enough questions, or providing the “poor you, you have been through so much with the death of your pet” comments.

I know a woman who after years of pet loss bereavement counseling and therapy and ten years in every pet loss grief support group, animal bereavement condolence community and pet loss sympathy chat room she could find, started her own pet support group because no one wanted to hear her repetitive stories.

Do you have any of the tendencies mentioned above? Do you like the attention your sorrow facilitates? If so, then you need to determine “why” you require this form of negative attention. This inner void will erode your soul and eventually your health.

Do not use the fact that you lost your pet as an identification marker or to give your online life significance.

By creating your identity as the suffering victim of your pet’s death, YOU are the only one who will lose friends, and the respect and patience of those who encourage and support your healing.

Many animal support group members want attention. They use their pet’s absolute worst illness and death suffering occurrences as a banner to set them apart. It is imperative that these individuals muster the courage to break from their neediness of relying on their pet loss to give meaning to their life in “the” group. This is not productive. If a person keeps wallowing in this downtrodden existence, they can rest assured that less and less people and friends will ask “how you’re feeling?”

You CAN tell your pet loss story as a "learning opportunity" to help educate and heal others in your group, rather than as a commiseration Band-aid. If your group is not continually supporting your positive emotional, spiritual growth, leave.

A negative support group ultimately does more harm than good. Although grieving takes time, uplifting attitudes are essential. Living with your pet’s “death memory” can drain your energy day-to-day and breath-by-breath.

I understand since my fiancé was killed in a sudden auto crash. I never had the chance to say anything or have a “heads-up.”

It's better to celebrate your fur baby’s life and remember all the good times. Then you keep pet’s positive contribution to your life alive.

By celebrating your pet’s life, you never have to bury their memories. You can take them out of your heart’s memory box at any time, like a special gift and savor all the wonderful thoughts and feelings.

So analyze your pet loss support group’s dynamics to determine if you are growing or JUST rehashing to the max, the pet loss that you already experienced.

Ask yourself:

1. Does your group embrace having an open mind and greater consciousness and awareness?

2. Are you taking knowledge gained from your group as a positive educational experience?

Unless you choose to grow forward, you will remain in the same condition that brought you into the group in
the first place.

3. Have you’ve stayed too long in the grief stage?

4. Do feel any better today than yesterday?

Pet loss does not have to be devastating and permanently agonizing. Pet animal reincarnation provides a new spiritual and factual perspective for pet loss grief support. As a new resource for pet loss grief support, animal reincarnation focuses on the prospect of RE-life that inspires hope!

Every living being has a specific vibrational frequency. Every organ in the body has an individual frequency. In a healthy condition the human body resonates between 68 to 72 MHz. Animal’s have a lower frequency range. Both types of beings can be “sensed” by an intuitive that has the ability and training to read multiple band width frequencies within physical bodies. Most intuitive practitioners specialize in humans or animals because of their familiarity with that specific species energy field.

Tracking, following or charting your animal’s energy field from his current physical state whether healthy or deceased is the process that allows a reader to determine if an animal’s energy blueprint can be found in the future. This is the determining factor in knowing if your pet will reincarnate.

First a practitioner must locate an animal’s current energy field, whether on earth or on the other side.

If the pet is alive and preparing for transition, tapping into their energy field is relatively easy. Always be sure to ask the pet’s soul for permission to access and read their energy field.

If the animal is deceased, it is still best to ask to interface with the living energy that is now without a physical form, in order to maintain the integrity of a clean assessment. Once the reader has obtained permission, they should proceed to following the animal’s energy track.

Many pet psychics and mediums rely on intuitive insight and the animal communication exchange rather than following an animal’s energy into the future. Other animal and interspecies communicators also rely on their sensory information to provide details of reincarnation.

The most reliable form of knowledge is provided by actually watching an animals’ life force energy field morph from their current physical form up to and through their physical body’s transition and into the future, a process used by all AMIDI professionals. If you’re an animal lover, in your mind, animals and pets are people too. Therefore, if an individual can go to Medical Intuitive, why wouldn’t there be an Animal Medical Intuitive?
The good news is, there is!

Animal medical intuitives use some of the same techniques that medical intuitives use with human clients.

An animal body scan is the generic name for a generalized energy scan of an animal’s body. Reiki, Healing Touch for Animals, Tellington TTouch and other energy medicine practitioners use their hands to determine if an animal has any energetic blockages or energetic imbalances.

Medical Intuitive Scanning for Animals is similar to the one used for humans. In addition to employing the energetic sensory input of their hands, the practitioner uses their intuition to supplement their knowledge about the animal’s health issues.

AMIDI, Animal Intuitive Diagnostic Imaging™ is the animal body scanning process of looking inside an animal’s body to see and diagnose current disorders and future health issues. The practitioner uses a form of intuitive x-ray vision to see beneath an animal’s skin to determine the bioenergy patterns that create and cause the animal’s disorders.

Although each practitioner, in time may develop their own body scanning system, the colors of the disease patterns remains the same. Each color represents a scientifically documented vibrational frequency which was first discovered and used by Dr. Valerie Hunt and Roslyn Bruyere. In Barbara Brennan’s books, she discusses the significance of different colors used for healing and other color system appearing in the auric field.

For example, shades of blue represent a range of pain energy, while orange /yellow represents energy ranges within the immune system’s frequency.

Although animal intuitives may have various personal signals for reorganization, the documented human or animal vibrational frequency range of specific coloration never changes. The bioenergy pattern presentation can, at times be different in animals because they have a lower frequency range than humans.

It’s important to note that disease patterns also remain the same since animals (dogs, cats, horses) like humans have the same basic disorders, although specific to their anatomy system and organ system placement. Example: A hock or human knees are both joints. Colic, kidney failure, pancreatitis are all the same whether in a human or in an animal.

For decades pig heart valves have replaced human heart valves further indicating that we all are interconnected.

Domestic animals have a lower frequency range. Therefore the colors of their bioenergy disease pattern may present in a different order. The pattern’s bases starts at the lowest density frequency nearest the organ, tissue, cell or nerve and builds to the highest frequency as the top layer.

Intern practitioners may become frustrated with this confusing interpretation, and incorrectly perceive that this is a different energy pattern for a disease. Animal medical intuitive diagnostic veterans understand that it is just a different presentation in the bioenergy stacking pattern of that particular disease.

Due to the fact that AMIDI is a new field of Animal Medical Intuitive Diagnosis, it is best that future practitioners to work with as an intern under a certified practitioner. It is important to create a credibility base so an animal’s guardian will not be misinformed or frightened by an incorrect diagnosis that could wreak havoc in a client's life. Supervised practice and field experience will contribute to, document and create a quality substantiated knowledge base for a new AMIDI specialist.

What is MIDI or X Ray Vision Body Scanning?

X ray Vision Body Scanning is the generic name for MIDI -Medical Intuitive Diagnostic Imaging™ the term used in Integrative and Energy medicine. MIDI is a specialty field in the Science of Medical Intuition.

Many members of the medical community call this process an intuitive medical body scan, which places the emphasis on the intuitive approach rather than a trained medical approach.

THE DIFFERENCE in MEDICAL INTUITIVE READINGS

The field of Medical Intuition was founded by Caroline Myss and Norm Shealy, MD. Medical intuition is used for the intuitive diagnosis of the body’s energy field. It is also used to complement and expand upon the information provided by a medical professional.

An intuitive medical body scan is generally described as the intuitive assessment that gathers information about your physical and emotional energy systems.

There are several forms of medical intuitive scans. A medical intuitive scan can present a single energy perspective such as your emotional issues, or a multi level evaluation of all your systems.

A medical intuitive health assessment or reading occurs when the practitioner tunes into the client’s energy field. He answers questions and gives opinions from the intuitive information he “receives,” without actually looking at or into the cells of an organ et al. The practitioner also offers intuitive suggestions for your health issues. As an example, Louise Hayes of Hay House has two medical intuitives, Dr. Mona Lisa Shultz and Caroline Sutherland who provide intuitive readings.

An intuitive Body Scan reviews the client’s energy field and physical systems by intuitively evaluating the generalized overall energy patterns and the “feel” of those energy patterns. The practitioner reports their intuitive overview, evaluates the client’s condition and addresses health issue questions without going into minute detail by actually seeing the tissue, bones, nerves, et al.
They perceive the overall bioenergy field and note imbalances within that field. This is a great method for a yearly check up because it can compare last year’s impressions with the current ones. This is similar to a doctor taking general blood work, having annual tests and x-rays. Many Reiki and other energy medicine practitioners use this method.

MIDI - Medical Intuitive Diagnostic Imaging™ is a new medical intuitive diagnostic field pioneered and founded by Brent Atwater. It’s the process of how to actually look and see inside a body to interpret the bioenergy patterns that identify and diagnose the physical energy codes of past, current and future diseases and health issues. It takes “inner vision,” the term coined by Barbara Brennan, to an advanced level of detailed images.

A MIDI begins with a general Body Scan that is used as a baseline to tune into the client’s energy field. Then like a MRI, the intuitive examines each energy layer in a specific area slice by slice to identify and interpret what created or is creating the cumulative effect that becomes the physical disorder.

The MIDI process is a very precise head to toe, front to back, over and under, 360 degree look inside the body. By examining each energy layer in a specific area slice by slice, the practitioner can learn to identify and interpret what created or is creating the cumulative effect that becomes the physical disorder. A MIDI reading generates an incredibly detailed and accurate location, size, description and determines the medical urgency associated with each illuminated health issue, in addition to providing a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation along with a future prognosis. A MIDI consultation can also supply suggestions for ongoing health management, medications, treatments and procedures from its database.

There is no difference in results whether the MIDI is performed onsite or remotely for a client who is in a different location. How long does a MIDI take? A full MIDI on a healthy person or a mini MIDI usually takes about 2 hours of evaluation. An average client with health issues and disorders usually takes 4 to 6 hours. A typical MIDI takes 3 sessions, each about 2 hours long.

What’s the value of of Medical Intuition? Medical intuition allows your body to provide invaluable information about what is going on. Medical intuition can provide information about treatment, procedures, and appropriate medication dosages for patient physical conditions, age levels and current body weight (especially prevalent in geriatric medicine and some extensive Cancer or other chronic or degenerative diseases and disorders regimes).

Sample Excerpt: For years after Friend 1 and Electra’s passing, I consoled myself and cried while watching “our” favorite website’s puppy images. When I made myself progress forward to procure a puppy, each time that I would call about the one I picked, it had just been sold. One exasperated breeder stated that perhaps I should send a deposit to which I responded, “When its time I’ll know.”
I watched endless months of weekly photos, daily puppy updates, videos and rescue webcams. Nothing! I really didn’t even care because my heart still mourned to my core and my tears still flowed. However, I felt compelled to keep watching the updates no matter how upset they made me feel.
Then this fluffy little fur ball dragging a LARGE stuffed toy in his mouth ran gleefully zoom zoom across my computer screen. My heart quickened. I must have watched, rewatched and memorized that video hundreds of times. I “felt” him in my soul (sign 1). I called, he was available albeit 2500 miles away. I thought too far to fly the little fellow with stopovers. (Sign 2) as the Universe would have it, the airline carrier added a holiday non stop flight from that area to our airport, so now I had no excuses. I had been unencumbered for years now and a new pup, well…………………
I talked to and questioned the puppy's guardian till she was probably really tired of me. In one conversation, she jokingly referred to him as “bad boy.” I asked why. She stated that he had what looked like a B on his right hip and would send me a photo. (Sign 3) the image sent chills up my spine and all my friends into a chorus of “what don’t you get?” He was already spoken for at a higher level then any of us knew at that time. It was as if God had assigned an Angel to monogram my signature on his hip so I wouldn’t be so “human” as to not understand that this dog was meant to be mine.
With a weary heart, afraid and excited I met him at the airport VERY Apprehensive! What if I had the wrong pup and we didn't connect? I had never picked a puppy from a distance. He launched out of his crate and immediately sat all 7 pounds of 9 weeks old fluff right down in front of me. He looked up and stared directly into my eyes as if to say where have you been? Now let’s get on with our life. Then he hopped into my arms and slept all the way to my house that had now become our home.
I named him Friend. He responded to his “old” name without missing a beat. He knew where his bed was, recognized his past life toys and gathered them into his same toy spot where they were supposed to be! He did not even inspect the new toys, he wanted HIS toys! He talks, hugs, and does all the things all my soul dogs “did.” When I look into his eyes we never left one another. He is my “baby dog,” my best Friend. When my heart asked where have you been, his spirit replied: I had to exchange my old body for this new one so I could be in your life again. At 10 weeks old he knew and responded to all the old dog’s commands, no training was necessary. He’s my old adult dog with few puppy moments except he runs at “wide open”, is learning how to operate those new feet and is a chewing machine!
Even Mikey our senior cat recognized this 90 day reincarnate. She had lived with Friend and Electra. She slept on Friend’s grave for the longest time. It was like a class reunion. They knew they knew each other before but didn’t know how to act now. Mikey instigated head bumps, a game of tag with a playful paw bat, and she nonchalantly weaves back and forth under Friend’s stomach before she cleans his ears. They can be seen intertwined in the late afternoon sun napping. Sometime “His puppyhood” is exasperated as how to handle his feline buddy.
I am blessed to have gentle paw pads stroking my face to awaken me each morning. All the eccentric little habits, routines, traits, favorite toys, foods, spots and tricks known only to my soul is back in my world in another earthly “monogrammed” fur form as Friend.

Stop "processing" and start "progressing!"

Although you’ve read, understood, examined, analyzed, justified and explained everything you’ve processed in your mind, have you done anything about it? Many times on a spiritual, self help, self growth, or self development journey you feel you have gifts, talents, opportunities and options that you are not using. You believe that you are here to benefit others or know inside yourself that you came to have a different life. However, with your very busy life of career and social activities, lessons, classes, readings, experiential workshops, seminars, and lectures you still are not actually moving forward in life. You feel like you just exist.

Stop "processing" and start "progressing!"

Do you feel like you have read and done everything that you can? Do you keep telling yourself you are moving forward, yet forward resembles a gerbil on a spinning wheel? Then you’re in “processing” mode. “Processing” is about reading, watching, listening to, mulling over and analyzing lots of material whether in educational, career, or social venues, experiential activities or just conversations with your friends. Even great dreams at night constitute sub conscious processing.

If you’re thinking about a New Year’s resolution, altering and living a few words in your vocabulary will bring productive changes into your life. “IF” is a tiny word with huge ramifications. “IF” suggests a probability, not a current now factual happening. IF I do this or that, sets up "never never" land thinking. “If” used for planning stages allows hypothetical thinking that can be changed to become an actual event. “IF” is part of the processing mode.

“WHEN” I do so and so. “When” is also processing verbiage. “When” begets more data gathering or discussions and sometimes hollow intentions before your “rubber hits the road.” Facts you process in the “when” stage usually contribute to and help create the action of going forward in your life. “When” also hypothetical thinking explores what you could, would or ought to do or rather do, rather than claiming “I AM” doing this!

Example: You want to go to Paris. Reading brochures, studying French, learning current currency rates, having your passport made, is all about processing your intended trip. Buying the plane ticket is “progressing” because you’ve moved out of your fact finding “processing” to ACT!Your ACTION sets your trip in motion. Your action makes your trip intention concrete and not just a discussion forum, an analytical educational analysis, or a hypothetical dream.

“Progressing” in life is “I AM” going to the gym (within a specified timeframe that very day).
Deciding which gym is the best, what exercise do I need to focus on, how many days should I exercise, which tennis shoes do I wear, are all active choice making ingredients borne within your journey’s progression. While living and doing activities, various participation choices, on the spot decision making, fact gathering, assessments and evaluative dialog is progressing, because you make the choice and act on it immediately.

Learning by doing is progressing. Processing includes studying, assessing and following thru on your cumulative fact findings derived from your ‘IF” or “When” hypothetical while you are experiencing.
Progressing includes using “when” or “if” as a research tool to understand how to accomplish or maximize what you ARE currently doing.

You won’t flourish with a new life if you just nourish your dreams with abstract thinking, analytical “what if’s” and “when I” planning. Actions make your thoughts progressing realities. Even if you choose a wrong “action” you are progressing with the “learning opportunity” you created from your choice. Processing and hollow intentions keeps your life in remission. Processing is participatory practice of intention at the highest level. You’re always the understudy learning and planning how to act the part, but never being on the stage of life. You are the perpetual understudy, not the actor. Progressing is living action; evolving, expanding and learning no matter where each choice or experience in your life’s journey takes you! Life is what you choose to do breath by breath. Be all you are and can be, not one iota less.

Energy Healing & PANIC ATTACKS: Anxiety & Stress Management
You awaken with a cold sweat, have trouble breathing and your heart is racing. In the grocery store or mall your body starts to feel funny, you get nauseated and you think you might pass out. In a crowded room, at an office function or a large party filled with friends you feel confused, unable to function, you’re shaking and your heart feels like it’s beating out of your chest. Sometimes alone, you starting crying uncontrollably, can hardly catch your breath, and start picking at your hair or yourself or exhibit other frantic physical fidgeting symptoms. You’ve been to a doctor, a psychologist or psychiatrist concerned you are a heart attack waiting to happen or to see if you’re “losing it!” Your diagnosis: Panic attacks, those dehabilitating, non life threatening, indicators from your energy field that you are registering energy overload to your physical system thru physical “stress and anxiety symptoms.”
How do you handle your “fight or flight” response? Heightening your sense of awareness and activating adrenalized physical abilities to protect yourself is your body’s natural defense mechanism. Many times people in automobile wrecks or traumatic scenarios manifest extraordinary courage or personal strength because their mind thought “I MUST do this in order to survive,” and their physical body responded enabling them to accomplish the task. My mind goes to the man who had to cut off his arm in order to free himself or freeze while he was trapped under a rock on an ice and snow covered mountainside. You know he had to “get his mind around” the pain of sawing off his own arm, and then walk to find help. That is mind over matter! He was definitely choosing thoughts that ensured his survival.
How do you handle your energy overload reactions? Do you alter your anxiety or choose medication as an outside “fix?” In Power vs. Force, David Hawkins, M.D., illustrates how your consciousness creates thoughts that either weaken or strengthen you. Think about this, when you are afraid, your heart races. Your thoughts either empower or disable your energy to assist controlling your energetic reaction. Every thought that you make has more far reaching effects than you may have considered. By adjusting your mental response to your sensory energy overload, you can choose to be the victim or the victor of your anxiety.
A client had taken sedatives for 19 years and visited her psychologist and or psychiatrist on a weekly basis. I’m a believer in identifying the issues, then take the Nike approach “just do it” i.e. fix it, and move forward with your life. In my opinion, she wasted years experiencing the fullness of all of life’s flavors while choosing to live on tranquilizers. She told everyone she had panic attacks and was a fragile soul in order to set her apart from others. Her attacks also created drama and begot short term attention whenever her life was functioning smoothly and she was bored.
After working with her for 6 weeks, she learned how to control her body’s energy systems. She used her mind body connection (biofeedback techniques) to manage and override her physical anxiety responses through conscious vigilant awareness. For months she was fine, but tiring of constantly directing her life. Her friend called one day and stated that she had gone back to medications. I called to inquire why she stopped managing her energy. She stated “it was easier to take a pill than to be conscious all the time, plus I was bored.” Which group does she represent? In my medical intuitive diagnosis and energy healer practice, I have noticed several characteristic “types” of individuals who experience panic attacks:1. Those who have medical conditions and malfunctions that create chemical insufficiencies in their body which cause imbalances that produce anxiety like symptoms.2. Folks who are insecure (poor self esteem) who physically react to intimidating situations by allowing themselves to be overwhelmed which produces physically reactive symptoms.3. People who are needy for attention to center on them; individuals who choose to be a victim in life as an identity so they overtly demonstrate dehabilitating symptoms to gain recognition. They do not choose to be responsible or accountable for what occurs in their life. Life happens “to” them.4. Persons who actually enjoy and feed off of the sensational “drama” exhilarations and the attention of a panic attack. These people think that a smooth life is boring and unfilled. They think experiencing momentary and unanticipated dramatic effects and palpable physical reactions in their life proves they are having an “exciting” life.Are you a member of any of these groups?Panic attacks are manifested by sensory overload from outside your energy system. It’s not YOUR energy that is creating the situation, it’s the incoming overload.Anxiety attack symptoms are mismanagement of your protective reactions to that sensory overload. When you start feeling a panic or anxiety attack “coming on,” do you go into victim mode or evaluate the situation and take control of your environment and direct your energy field?
The first thing you to do is recognize that you ARE starting to experience sensory overload. Do not respond to your body’s “happenings.” State “I am not the victim of my body.”Next, ask yourself “did I shield myself today?” Nine times out of 10 you have forgotten to shield that day! If you are that sensitive to everything, this is REAL! SO get real and learn to shield yourself.
If physical symptoms begin to register, in order to give yourself more time to assess your circumstances start saying “shield, shield, shield” then “I command my body to stabilize now, to stabilize now.” Next, you need to say your affirmation of protection and shield your physical energy field (sometimes called an aura). Soul is the concept of the essence of your energy field that exists forever. In addition to representing your essence it factually includes your energy field, which is the energy is what keeps you alive and protects you!
Think of your soul’s energy (aura) as a lighthouse lamp that continuously encapsulates, rotates and sweeps around your body in a 360 degree fashion like a lighthouse beam protecting the shoreline. Your soul’s energy beam is registering everything to protect you.
The glass windowed lighthouse room through which the light shines is the lighthouse keeper’s control room, just like your mind is the control room of your “energy or soul’s light.” As the director of your soul’s light, you must choose to allow anything access to affect your building (body) or not.
When you have placed a protective shield around soul’s energy and body, you are standing in your director’s room bubble, empowered to make your choices of what to do with your energy that beams out in your life. Like the lighthouse lamp has a room around to keep its beam from any harm, your shield safeguards you.
Your soul may be protected through whatever intentional mode you currently use, however your soul’s energy lives in a physical body that resides on a physical earth. These are two separate issues. Your leased building (body) and the environment it resides and works in must be protected as is weaves in and out of environmental and people’s energy all day long.
You must continuously and consciously be aware at all times to choose to direct your mind and to construct thoughts that control your body’s energy in response to outside forces, be they human (screaming Aunt Sarah who makes you nervous, shopping mall crowds), environmental (microwave ovens, blaring noise, airports), or self directed (allowing yourself to get worked up over a matter). Use biofeedback. Biofeedback was researched by Dr. Miller in the 50’s and was a revolutionary approach using your mind to control your voluntary and involuntary muscle responses. Biofeedback works! In today’s’ world, we call it talking to your body (the current “term” is named the mind body connection) as in the Secret, or the movie What the Bleep do We Know *!? Dr Emoto’s scientific breakthrough demonstrating the fact that talking to water cells changes their molecular structure signifies that we can change our body’s response by directing and talking to our cells which are made up of over 60% water. When you talk to and command your body’s cells you are in fact orchestrating your energy’s physical response rather than having a reaction to the sensory overload you and your body are experiencing. Use your mind to instruct your body’s responses.
To take care of yourself I suggest each morning place a bubble of protection around your soul’s energy field and your body. This is a prayer of intention that will shield you from any and all things.I ask, and it is my intent to surround myself in a seamless mirrored--(cocoon, bubble) of the Christ White Light (insert your Higher power’s name), to protect me now, forevermore, and always, and to only allow that Energy that is for my soul's highest and best good to come thru. So be it, it is done. Thank you.Use the term “seamless” so nothing can come into your sealed control room, and only you direct what goes out. State “mirrored”, so that you automatically reflect any negative energy or overloaded energy beamed at you like sunlight off mirrored sunglasses.When you are standing in this cocoon, you are standing in your full power and totally protected with all the energy that you have available to you in this lifetime. Once you create this bubble Nothing or no one or anything or energy or entity can ever get into your control room or disempower you for any reason whatsoever, unless you allow it! Usually in less than 20 seconds you can feel your body calm down. You have managed to divert incoming sensory overload. The more you practice this exercise the quicker it works!
If you get another bombing of sensory overload for extra or touch up shielding, you can also add the affirmation “Shield, shield, shield.”
Just like the lighthouse keeper maintains his building, you need to keep your energy field and body cleaned from all that it bumps into, moves through, or is assaulted by while you are having a life. Fluorescent lights assault the energy field, as do computers or microwave energy fields. Everything that you come into contact with on a daily basis interfaces and interacts with your soul’s and body’s energy field. Therefore I suggest (like you clean your teeth each night), that you clean your energy field so that it can operate with maximized efficiency and responsiveness to your directives. Here’s a quick test: Put a glass of clean water between you and the computer screen. In a few moments the water will be filled with bubbles from the computer screen’s energy that would have been assaulting you!This is an intention statement to clean your energy field from energy bugs that you acquire each day. You’re keeping your bubble clean!
I ask and it is my intent to remove release and detach any and all energies and entities form my energy field now and to send them to the Christ White Light (or your Higher Power) , SO be it, it is done.
Ask yourself; are you sensitive to situations and people? Most individuals who register sensory energy overload have the “gift” of sensitivity. The downside of sensitivity can be panic attacks or stress and anxiety from your intangible sensitivity to what’s around you. As director of your energy field, you do want to recognize excess energy for personal protection, however you want to choose to disallow sensitivity overload to register within your being. It may take a few days or events to get you body back under YOUR control. Do not feel dismay, just set your intent more firmly and be even more aware of what’s happening around you to divert any “triggers” that might begin to start an overload response. Conscious and vigilant awareness is the downside to maintaining your control center, however no more full blown anxiety overloads is the reward. You control what happens to, in and around you!
Take charge of your energy and empower your life. Be the CEO and not the victim of your body. Remember, the more you do this exercise the more rapidly your body complies. To me, it’s a permanent fix and it takes care of the very gift of life that you are experiencing.YOU are the ONLY energy/entity/ person who can allow any other energy or entity to affect you.

X-ray vision, Superman had it!, the ability to see thru walls (which are just a dense gathering of energy that creates its form). In today’s world, x-ray vision is a reality and not a cartoon myth.

The ability to visualize energy fields through the mind’s eye is called clairvoyance. The actual ability to perceive a physical body’s exterior energy field (called an aura) or internal bimolecular energy fields is called HSP (Higher Sensory Perception) internal vision by Barbara Brennan author of “Hands of Light.” By directing your brain to focus at a higher vibrational frequency level one can see the bimolecular energy formation of cells, tissue, bones, organs another subtle bioenergy systems (example_ the nervous system with neural pathways and nerve damage or electromagnetic misfiring disorders) inside of the human body at whatever depth or resolution they choose. Dr. Mehmet Oz stated on Oprah, “everything is pure energy, you are a mass of vibrating frequencies gathered into the physical form that you call your body.”

How do we access the information stored within our energy fields? Traditional medicine uses MRI’s, CAT scan, PET images, MUGA and Trilogy data, and they’re still using the X-ray technology. Epilepsy, Epileptic Seizures, Brain Damage & Seizures treated with Energy Healing

Epileptic seizures or seizures emanating from any medical condition, adverse reaction or health disorders are frightening events, whether in a child, an adult or a beloved pet. Petit Mal or Grand Mal seizures are abnormal misfirings or brief electrical disturbances in your brain's electromagnetic system. Those abhorrent signals instruct your body to create the contractions, teeth chattering shivering, glazed gaze, urinating, tongue swallowing, nausea, and all the other awful symptoms manifested in you or your pet's physical being.

According to the Epilepsy Advocate: "Epilepsy is a brain disorder in which people experience repeated seizures. Seizures can cause different symptoms based on the location of the seizure and where the abnormal electrical activity spreads. They can range from tingling in a finger to a generalized (grand mal) seizure, during which people lose consciousness, become stiff, and jerk."

"Epilepsy can be inherited. For half the people with epilepsy, a cause cannot be found. Epilepsy can originate right after birth or can occur at any time. Epilepsy is not contagious. Having a single seizure does not mean you definitely have epilepsy. Not everything that appears to simulate a seizure is an epileptic seizure" Seizures can emanate from a variety of causes: a birth defect, brain tumor, lesion, or infection in the brain, brain damage, allergic reaction, emotional stress, withdrawal from addictive substances, and hypoglycemia. Other causes are cardiac arrhythmias, syncope, panic attacks, cataplexy, encephalitis, memeingitis, high fever. Drug toxicity and "certain medications like tryclclic antidepressants, cause seizures as does withdrawal from drugs like anticonvulsants and sedatives. Even video games and certain television programs can trigger photosensitive epilepsy, such as the infamous episode of Pokemon, Electric Soldier Porygon."

Since seizures cause involuntary changes in body movement or function, sensation, awareness, or behavior, calming or creating different electromagnetic communications in the brain's electrical function is necessary to control them. Most seizure activity can be managed. Traditional medicine has been using medication and at times exterior electromagnetic stimulation procedures to redirect brain activity. Energy Healing is a non invasive option to treat seizures.

Energy healing directs energy frequencies that facilitate change in the electromagnetic fields of neural pathways and brain waves, thereby creating an alternative therapy for seizure control. In my practice as an energy healer, an 81-year-old woman was relieved of all seizures by reestablishing normal electromagnetic patterns within her brain waves. Dog seizures can usually be stabilized within a few minutes, and their recurrence rate diminished within a few days. A cat having seizures was immediately stabilized, and eventually required no medication. Energy Healing can effect seizure activity whether it is being focused by the healer either onsite at the client's location, or sent as distance or remote energy healing. Even status epilepticus seizures can be reduced to manageable events that present less often. An interesting note; when an energy healer is directing healing energy to a client who has a seizure service dog, the dog is aware of the different energy in the room.

Using focused healing energy electromagnetic fields from the healer to the client is becoming an area of interest and research in integrated medicine, which is the combination of allopathic medicine with alternative healing modalities. Energy medicine is becoming an accepted healing modality that allows those having seizures to have more options to control and manage their seizures in addition to serious procedures, long-term treatments, and heavy prescription drugs. Energy Healing is the cutting edge of future medicine to help facilitate health and well being in the client.

Do you feel heat in your hands? Are you so empathetic to others that you can actually feel their pain? Do you inherently know where a person is ill? Can you smell illness? Do you have unexpected panic and anxiety attacks, or are you extremely sensitive in crowds, have heart palpitations or depressive symptoms for no apparent reasons that clear up and go away just as quickly as they appeared? Do you feel and see things that suggest that you might be "going crazy' to the normal person? Do you hear voices or tones, or have ringing ears? Do you see flashes of light, see colors, "movies", or moving objects out the side of your eye? If so, an energy healing workshop might be for you.

If any of these responses are descriptive of your unexplained reactions you may be an emerging energy healer or an intuitive. You may be experiencing heightened senses of awareness beyond the usual 5 senses. The extra senses creating your sensations are called:

Clairvoyance is a noun from late 17th century French [clair (clear) & voyant (seeing)] and is defined as a "form of extra-sensory perception". Clairvoyance "is the art of 'seeing' with senses beyond the five. Clairvoyance is often called the 'sixth sense' or ESP. It is the psychic ability or power to see objects, and visions, or to gain information regardless of its distance. The visions may also be in the future, and some times in the past. Clairvoyance is an umbrella term which often refers to telepathy, spiritualism, psychic research, second sight, prophetic visions, and dreams."

Clairaudience "is receiving messages in thought form from another frequency or realm in a normal state of consciousness. It is considered a form of channeling. It is the ability to hear things not audible within normal hearing ranges. Clairaudience may refer not to actual perception of sound, but may instead indicate impressions of the "inner mental ear" similar to the way many people think words without having auditory impressions. But it may also refer to actual perception of sounds such as voices, tones, or noises which are not apparent to other humans or to recording equipment."

Clairsentience is the ability to feel and capture information through sensations or "clear feeling."

"Clairsentients receive a lot of guidance through their intuition, gut feelings, and hunches and messages through their heart and emotions."

Claircognizance means clear knowing. A claircognizant knows, without knowing how he knows. According to Doreen Virtue that how "Divine wisdom enters our mind to serve the world."

A single trait or a combination of all of the above extra sensory talents, are usually part of a healer's repertoire of gifts.

As a practicing distance energy healer, and a medical intuitive, I am often asked:
What do I need to learn in order to amplify and intensify my natural healing abilities, or, I think I might be a healer now what do I do
or, I've been told in a reading that I am a healer, how do I find out how to be one?

No matter what methodology (books, seminars, lectures, workshops, individual lessons, etc) you use to awaken your natural gifts, don't neglect your soul's calling. Every soul contributes to humanity whether person by person or as an alternative practitioner in your chosen field (i.e. the one that resonates with you). You may try many different approaches and techniques until you determine the one that feels just right. You may have a multitude of talents, choose which one you want to use in this incarnation.

Alternative health care and alternative medicine is combining with traditional medicine at a rapid rate and that combination is called integrative medicine. It’s the new mind body connection. Whether you have a pinched or severed nerve, sciatica, peripheral neuropathy, diabetic neuropathy symptoms, stroke or brain damage, a nerve injury creating paralysis, or any loss of physical sensation or movement, nerve damage is an annoying and dehabilitating chronic condition that can benefit from energy healing.

Dr Robert Becker in his book "the Body Electric" was a pioneer in discovering that electromagnet impulses could regenerate neural pathways and restore nerve function. Directed electromagnetic impulses can re establish muscular movement thru electrical current stimulation. According to CBC News, "The functional electrical stimulation rowing machine, developed by researchers in Edmonton and England, helps people with disabilities (paraplegics and others) enjoy the benefits of regular exercise." Christopher Reeves used electrical muscle stimulation on his legs to prevent atrophy and within his diaphragm to encourage breathing movement and maintain lung function. Even the acute pain exacerbated by nerve injury is relieved with focused electrical impulses. TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) machines deliver small electrical pulses to the body via electrodes and has widespread clinical use for pain relief from nerve damage.

Energy Healing is a form of electromagnetic stimulation. According to James L Oschman, "Healing energy, whether produced by a medical device or projected from the human body, is energy of a particular frequency or set of frequencies that stimulates the repair of one or more tissues." Energy healing directed by a healer focuses electromagnetic energy stimulation into the energy field and physical body of the client. This transfer of directed electromagnetic frequency stimulation affects the clients cellular molecular system and the "cascade of activities initiated by such signals may provide essential information to cells and tissues, and open channels for the flow of information that coordinates repair processes and for restoring normal function after trauma." Energy Healing is non-invasive and there are no clinically documented adverse events in existing literature.

Suddenly you feel a portion of your body pause, loose sensation and stop functioning correctly. Your eyes may see double, your tongue might tingle, and your arm or leg may drag for few minutes. If these symptoms continue for a few minutes (15-20) you are having a stroke. Those are the symptoms of a TIA or Transient Ischemic Attack, known as a mini stroke. The sneaky part is that in both a TIA and a lesser stroke, the symptoms come and go for the lucky individual. If you can't produce an even smile on both sides of your face, remember the date, or have continued numbness on one side of your body, go to the hospital emergency room immediately. You have a 3-hour window to have an opportunity to reverse any major damage.

For those who exhibit and experience major impairment and who are unable to obtain immediate treatment, stroke damage may result in paralysis, nerve damage, and other dehabilitating symptoms. The good news is, usually in time, you can have some form of restored function in the areas of your body that were initially damaged.

Acupuncture has recently been providing significant restorative results by improving some physical functions for stroke victims. According to CBC News, "The functional electrical stimulation rowing machine, developed by researchers in Edmonton and England, helps people with disabilities (paraplegics and others) enjoy the benefits of regular exercise."

As a medical intuitive and distance energy healer, energy healing is another modality that provides electromagnetic stimulation and shows great promise in treating and curing stroke damage and regenerating damaged nerves. By using directed electromagnetic bio molecular energy healing, we can reframe bio structures, ie nerve impulse generators and their neural pathways that direct your body's physical functions to their initial blueprint of health. Neural pathways can be restructured so that those with paralysis can move their legs or arms. Numb extremities can be revived and regenerated to sensation.

In several clients with stroke complications, after their cellular and neural connections were restored and regenerated, physical therapy was used to restrengthen their muscles that had weakened due to lack of use during the early stages of their rehabilitation. To date, various stroke symptoms and complications can be lessened or reversed with energy healing.

In the Bravewell Collaborative's PBS special on the New Medicine Dana Reeves expressed that traditional medicine is now examining and addressing the entire mind body connection. One of the physicians interviewed stated "It is dumb" to not look at the entire person in order to determine the complete patient diagnosis.
PBS previews state:
"A burgeoning movement is taking place in hospitals and clinics across this country - integrating the best of high-tech medicine with a new attitude that recognizes that treating the patient as a whole person is essential to the healing process. As scientific findings reveal that the mind plays a critical role in the body's capacity to heal, the medical community is beginning to embrace a new range of treatment options, including many once considered fringe.

The National Institutes of Health has been funding rigorous scientific research to determine what alternative healing strategies are safe and effective so that there is solid evidence to broaden medical choices for patients. "Integrative medicine means being able to offer patients a full array of choices from conventional medicine, but to be able to add those complementary and alternative strategies where we have scientific evidence that they work and they're safe," says Dr. Margaret Chesney, Deputy Director of the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (NCCAM), a division of the NIH. "

Your body's energy system records and stores everything that has occurred since your physical being was born. Its energy blueprint provides a complete information source about what has and is occurring. Your energy divulges whether physical health issues were derived from an emotional connection or are an acquired physical manifestation from cellular deficiency or breakdown. Medical intuition is the science of tapping into this energy blueprint resource to locate the origin of your issues.

Although modern medicine uses MRI's, x-rays, PET, CAT, Trilogy, and MUGA scans to determine physical issues, most emotionally caused physical issues go undetected.
Medical intuitives can provide insight into direct links between the emotions lodged in your energy memory bank, and how those emotions created health issues. Louise Hayes, in her book "You Can Heal Your Life" actually lists disorders, and the common emotional patterns that create health issues.

Medical intuition can also provide insight to physical issues that will be entering the human body. Energy disorders present themselves in the exterior energy field or aura of our body before it enters into the physical body. New Medicine is trying to stop destructive exterior patterns such as thoughts, behaviors, etc. from creating unhealthy energy patterns that eventually create disease in our physical body. Thus the term "mind over matter" has great relevance in today's medical treatment. Additionally, once the physical body is combating unhealthy energy, using your mind to generate healthy energy frequencies helps facilitate healing.

Some medical intuitives are able to see your body's actual cellular and organ structures and systems like an MRI. Those medical intuitives can provide immediate information as to the location, extent and severity of physical disease and disorders, and even provide information about possible future health problems. This viewing ability is an asset in emergency room medicine. It reduces stress and saves time in critical care, intensive care, trauma injury and pediatric care. Medical intuition complements modern techniques by providing a broader knowledge base for the patient to determine their total treatment, and integrates the best of all worlds to create their health care regime using the total mind and body connection.

Energy Healing is another technique. Although considered alternative and complementary health care and medicine, "energy medicine" is now being considered more and more as a valuable healing modality in mainstream medical facilities. Everything has energy. When you reestablish healthy energy patterns, you facilitate the body healing itself. Disease is altered energy that is not resonating at a healthy frequency. This saves valuable time, dehabilitating travel for critically ill individuals, and offers another assessment and healing modality for any person in any location. Both are non-threatening, non invasive, and have no side effects, and are compatible with your current treatments and procedures.

Wound Healing: Bed Sores, Lesions, Pressure Sores, Ulcers - Treatment with Medical Intuition & Distant Healing

Bed sores, lesions, pressure sores, chronic wounds, ulcers and abscesses are nasty looking, a real problem to deal with, and at times quite painful for their owner. Wound management is a traditional medical specialty unto itself. Alternative healing modalities and techniques are now being researched in clinical trials to assist and amplify traditional care.

There are many reasons for non-healing wounds, some are the result of medical conditions. Many diabetics fear and eventually undergo surgical amputation. Bed ridden patients in nursing home or assisted living facilities develop bed sores that can facilitate their demise. Paraplegics and quadriplegics develop localized pressure sores that can instigate life-threatening infections. Situations that impede circulation such as complications following surgery, congestive heart failure, rheumatoid arthritis, peripheral ulcers, vascular disease, and traumatic injury help cause wounds. Additionally edema, systemic problems and infection impair normal healing. Most wound programs combine traditional medical and surgical care in addition to advanced wound care technologies including but not limited to dressing materials of bioengineered tissue and hyperbaric medicine. Alternative medicine processes and treatments offer a different approach.

While initially evaluating a wound, as a medical intuitive and "human MRI", I look at the 360 degree view of the traumatized area. Failing to "see" the entire wound and all contributing factors can sabotage healing. Assess the physical body's systems and the energy systems that contribute to the current wound. Start your intuitive examination from the inner core and work your way out to the surface area of the open wound. Example- Start with the molecular structure of each cell, then the cellular clusters, and finally tissue groups. Next evaluate the infection and blood counts, the blood supply to the deteriorated area, and the blood's oxygen delivery to that wound. Investigate the functions the wounded area contributes to the body and the body's entire immune system, and the immune systems response to the wound area. Last but not least, evaluate the client's mental, emotional and spiritual states that affect and effect the entire body. Also address and correct the environmental factors such as lack of individual care or attention. Remove medications that hinder healing. Check with your physician about the interactions of various prescriptions. Clients that smoke should be required to stop during wound rehabilitation.

To begin healing the wound, as an alternative medical specialist, I use distant energy healing in addition to and during the physician's treatment and procedures to reorganize the molecular structure of each damaged cell. First I direct electromagnetic energy to the molecules of the cells. This stimulates the cells to restructure themselves and to regenerate healthy new cells. This concept is called
returning to the original healthy cellular blueprint. One of the originator's of this concept was Dr Bob Becker in his book "The Body Electric". He also established the fact that when stimulated with electromagnetic energy, a cell would regenerate.

Then the blood cells must be directed to remove toxins and to reestablish healthy blood counts. This process will eventually remove infection in the wound.
Repairing the damaged vascular system is next. The broken vessels must be sealed to prevent excess bleeding, weepage and further contamination and infection. Once accomplished, a healthy blood flow must be established to nourish and support regenerating cells and to implement oxygenation to the area.

Since inadequate oxygen supply to the damaged tissue impedes healing, focus the energy on raising the oxygen levels of the client. This will support the repairing cells and help develop and rebuild a healthy tissue network. In traditional medicine, hyperbaric oxygen therapy is one of the newest technologies to aid wound care. This therapy increases the level of oxygen delivered to the tissues and augments wound-healing repair.

For the immune system to stabilize and contribute to health, direct the energy healing to amplify the immune system's work on the entire body and on the wound area, two separate issues.

Now that you have built a healthy foundation in the core of the wound, work on the tissue areas and the outer edges of the wound in increments. This reduces the size of the open wound, adds healthy supportive periphery tissue around the traumatized and damaged area, and provides clinical evidence that the wound is reducing. You do not want to knit together and seal over a wound that is not healed at its base, that mistake could exacerbate further deterioration.

It's best to approach wound healing in an organized fashion; system-by-system, inch by healed inch, from the inner core to the outside. Trying to heal the entire wound all at once puts too much stress on the body's energy system and the cellular recalibration, and usually misses important ingredients in the entire healing recipe. It is also important to work intermittently on the wound, so the body will not be overstressed, and each system can reestablish itself independent of the others. This plan will manifest a stronger and more rapid healing response, have less periodic reversals, and maintain the integretity of the healed area.

Although addressing physical problems is a major concern, I believe involving patients in their treatment with positive mind over matter actions, attitudes and affirmations is imperative. In deciding right now, this very minute, to address and make positive free will choices to change your mind's attitude about your wound care, and to command your cells to assist in your healing, immediately helps facilitate the healing process. Patient contribution to their own care adds the mind over matter i.e. biofeedback dimension to the healing process and is crucial to long-term improvements. A favorite alternative medicine for your mind is the book "Positive Attitudes, Actions, and Affirmations for Overcoming Your Health Challenges". The self-help section of your local bookstore has many helpful holistic mind body resources.
It has been proven that positive attitude creates a greater immune system response that in turn helps diminish symptoms. It stands to reason that premise should also hold true in wound management. It's the old adage of YOUR mind over YOUR matter. Your cells are here to house your life force energy called your Soul. You are the commander of your cells, i.e. your body, and YOU are the superintendent of your building i.e. your body, so how you handle your maintenance is all part of the healing journey. Having a "can do" attitude directs your cellular structure to do just that, assist in healing itself.

Holistic health care is complementary to traditional medicine. Alternative medicine-medical intuition and distant healing integrates with and can be used during allopathic procedures and treatments. The combination of all types of healing modalities, technologies and whole body therapies gives the patient more healing options and a sense of participation and control over their healing, resulting in a better quality of life and sense of well being, thereby providing the most rewarding and effective healing journey.

Your body is approximately 60% (of the total weight) water. The actual percentage varies between 50% and 70% within each individual. The exact amount is determined by a person's fat content. Heavy folks have a lower percentage of body weight as water because fat holds less water.

Think about it, if over half of your body is water, and talking to water can change it's molecular structure, theoretically you can talk yourself to health. In fact on various biofeedback sites there are over 160+ medical conditions, diseases and disorders that have responded to "talking to your cells". Commanding your cells and creating their cellular or your body's systemic response gives a person a sense of control over their health issue, rather than being a victim of it. This control adds to the quality of your life and creates a greater sense of well-being.Biofeedback practitioners use various technologies to confirm that your words and thought intent are producing your desired results. It normally takes about 20 minutes for your body to respond to your commands. As you learn to be more proficient in being the captain of your ship, the time to create your body's positive

Multiple Sclerosis or MS is a slow progressing disorder and then disease that drains it's owners of energy and then life functioning abilities. Multiple Sclerosis symptoms, like a shadow, are always there, even in remission, and ever present in it's ultimate progression.

When you receive notification that you need to be tested for multiple sclerosis symptoms, your mind definitely has something to deal with. There are so many "what ifs" to consider, and an entire new future to contemplate that is mind-boggling. Even the strongest individuals succumb to moments of random horror, selective thought patterns, and
then a bone chilling resolve of sorts as to how to handle their diagnosis. When that blood test and MRI scan come back negative for those that are lucky, you are ever grateful for being spared the "positive" test result.

Although addressing physical problems is a major concern, first one must address the underlying emotional and mental contributions that direct the body to manifest the disease. If the disorder is not a Karmic journey that the soul has chosen to experience, then I begin with positive mind over matter actions, attitudes and affirmations. My personal multiple sclerosis research has shown that the fatigue suffered by most MS clients can be greatly diminished by mental resolve to get up and get going and to command your cells to do so. Further investigations have illustrated that prayers, affirmations, and talking to and commanding your cells have great beneficial results. Once we have established a solid mental directive to be as physically healed as possible, we now address physical concerns and complications with energy healing.

Energy healing and multiple sclerosis shows great promise. By using directed electromagnetic bio molecular energy healing, we can reframe bio structures to their initial blueprint of health. Neural pathways can be restructured so that those with paralysis can move their legs or arms. Numb extremities can be revived and regenerated to sensation. In several clients' with these complications, after the cellular and neural connections were restored and regenerated, physical therapy was used to restore their muscles that had atrophied due to lack of use over months or years. Other sensations such as tingling could be reversed by regenerating the nerve's mylen sheath, and personal energy levels can be restored. To date, various multiple sclerosis complications can be reversed, and or put into remission or lessened with energy healing.

In the future, energy healing and using mind over your matter biofeedback with your cells, will be another form of multiple sclerosis treatment that will facilitate and create healthy bodies for those experiencing MS.

Tips for Helping Remove Anxiety, Depression and Stress Over Lost Loved Ones During The Holidays

During the Holidays, when family and closeness is a premium on everyone's mind, there are those of us who do not have loved ones in our lives, as they have departed. In my years as a Medical Intuitive and Intuitive Energy Healer, the holidays bring an increased amount of physical and emotional malaise to people due to the fact that depression sets into our psyche if our world is less than we want, and that imbalanced energy, in turn, triggers the body to respond and manifest physical "illness".

Below is a compilation of situations that help you alleviate your "lost love" scars, and offers ideas on how to turn your anxiety, depression, stress and pain into positive attitudes and actions by being another person's joy.

Let's address your environment. You might have the biggest space in your office, the fanciest house on your street, but your world is still empty. For every room that is empty in your house, take presents to a home that only has one room. For office space that leaves you asking "is this all there is?", go meet the employees who work pay check to paycheck and take them out to lunch, or take the time to get to know that person that you pass everyday and don't even know their name. It may not seem important to you, but you will have enriched the life of another individual by listening to what they have to say, by validating their existence, or by showing that you care about what is going on in their life, environment and home. You can dispel your emptiness by filling up their life with your care.
How about family "problems" that starts with your husband or wife. Perhaps during this tense social season, y'all fight over whose family to visit or which party to attend. Orphans have no family choices, so give to those where you have pain.............. BE a family for an orphan, so that you add a family life where life was taken from others. Then your family will be a healing unit, and will hopefully give you a new perspective. Take the widow or widower to lunch or invite them to your celebrations, help create happiness and inspire giggles where there is isolation and depression.

And don't forget those who had hopes of a "family" that never came to pass, as their loved one was lost to an auto accident, a war, or through disease. Their hearts are dying a thousand times in memory of what "could have been" during this holiday season. Not only did they loose a loved one, they also lost the hope they had, and the opportunity to experience their dream before it became a reality. Try to include these folks in your holiday plans, even though they protest....... it will help them re enter social functions, and remind their soul that there is life, and hope and dreams after death.

Then there are the children who lost parents. The following is taken from the book the "Heavenly Express for MY Daddy". It's a child's conversation with her Mother after the loss of her Father.
Mommy,
"Can we hear him when he talks to us?" "Sit very still, be very quiet, and listen with your heart. You can always hear Daddy in your heart. You will hear his laughter, and how much he misses you....""How will we ever hug each other again?"
"That's easy, put both of your hands on your heart, and close your eyes, and you can feel Daddy's hug. It feels like pouring a warm shower of love all over your body." "How can I talk to him or get his advice?"
"You can talk out loud to him, or thru your heart. Just because you can't see his Soul, doesn't mean he's not there. Daddy is like the sun. When you can't see it, you always know it's still there! Daddy will ALWAYS be there to listen to whatever you have to say and to give you advice, no matter what! Your Daddy's special answers are just for you, and are delivered directly thru YOUR heart"

Suggest to those that lost parents to ask their deceased parents about those holidays quandaries through their heart and suggest that they share holiday comments too!!! Being on the other side of the veils will not hamper that parental advice at all!

When a person is missing the special warm hugs and love that only a grandmother or grandfather can give, suggest that they Dress up as Mrs. Claus, and go hug every child that is an orphan, and not only has no grandmother, but has no mother................ Suggest they go to an oncology ward, or nursing home and just hug people who others have not hugged. I visited my 101-year-old grandmother, and met her 96-year-old friend Rose. After I hugged Rose, she said that was the first hug she had received in the 10 years after her husband died. The last hug she received was from her minister.........at her husband's funeral............
SO go hug!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MANY need just a hug to turn their day or life around.

And don't forget the deceased pets, which are part of the extended family. Take the presents that you were going to give Muffy, Fluffy or Horace and give it to the Humane Society, animal rescue or the local pet shelter. Although you may still be grieving, your gift will create joy for a living pet or animal, and add to their life. Pets grieve too. Perhaps your contribution will even help a pet keep on keeping on, until they are chosen to be part of a family.

When you take your pain, and turn it into doing something nice for someone else, your attention shifts away from you, and the heartfelt gratitude you receive from others, if only for a split second, takes away your pain, personal anxiety, stress and depression. So, make your heart scars less heavy, and your love stars a little brighter for the lives of someone less fortunate than you.

Spinal Cord Injury: Diagnosis with Medical Intuition and Treatment with Complementary & Integrative Energy Healing

Spinal cord injury (herniated discs, pinched nerves, collapsed vertebrae) is one of the most devastating catastrophic injuries that one can endure. The spinal cord is the gateway for all nerve paths. The location of the injury and the severity of the damage determine the complications involved and the dysfunction. Science is discovering that the sooner the spinal cord injury is addressed and treatment begins, there is a direct correlation to recovery of the affected areas.

As a medical intuitive and "human MRI", when assessing a spinal cord injury, I look at the 360 degree view of the traumatized area. Failing to "see" the entire injured area can produce further injury, and create neglect in areas that need to be immediately addressed. It is best to look at each segment of the spine ( discs and vertebrae) and spinal cord nerves in 4 equal quadrants. When helping to diagnose and evaluate the damaged area, reevaluating every 3 hours for the first 24 hours until the client is stabilized produces more accurate readings and beneficial results, as inflammation, further compression and damage can progress after the initial injury has occurred.

Although the initial site of the catastrophic injury is your primary source of dehabilitation, the damaged neural pathways can extend beyond that original area and days later create problems of their own. To counter this problem, "tracking" the energy of the affected neural pathways will give you further information of possible deterioration and additional side effects. If you do not have extending neural circumstances, containing the affected areas in a bubble of Healing energy will usually suspend further exacerbation of future problems.

While the allopathic physicians are providing their treatments, you can effectively use energy healing to complement and integrate with their procedures.
Removing pain is usually the first consideration, unless the client is rendered "numb" by his experience. Secondly, work on inflammation to help minimize current damage and to alleviate possible secondary symptoms.

In my experience in healing the spinal cord nerves, vertebrae and herniated discs of a paralyzed dog in 90 days, it is best to work on each issue separately so as not to overload the client's health response system during a time of great stress. Use energy healing to build a solid foundation step by step to rebuild the molecular structure of the cells and in turn the bodily systems. It is also best to work in increments and intermittently, so the molecular structures can recalibrate, and regenerate without stressing the physical structures.

First, regenerate the vertebrae's cellular structure in order to provide a foundation that is capable of holding the disc. Secondly, reestablish the health of each disc, leaving the neural pathways as your last concern. Once the spine is stabilized, then revitalize the neural pathways. If you reactivate the nerves before you have a solid base in the spinal column, you might create more inflammation and pain than necessary. Rebuilding a system, inch by inch produces a stronger foundation that will allow the client to rebuild his muscular system with physical therapy without causing extra pain.

Although stem cell research is providing a gateway of hope for Spinal cord injuries,electromagnetic bio molecular energy healing can and will be a beneficial healing modality.

A Pomeranian had a non union fracture of the distal idius and ulna ( wrist & front leg bone) in May. In August, her bone was not healing and the vet decided to put a pin in leg or amputate. Prayer: Suggestions on How to Pray, Realizing the Power of Your Prayer

There is a technique for everything, including prayers. Although emanating from your heart and soul, prayers can be refined to produce better results through the following suggestions on how to verbalize your prayer requests.

1. Be SPECIFIC, YOU MUST BE SPECIFIC! Being specific lets Heaven know exactly what you are requesting. It's not God / the Universe/ or your Higher Power's job to guess what you are trying to communicate. If you want a dog, specify border collie, or yellow laborador retriever, otherwise don't be disappointed when you receive a non descript Heinz 57 "dog." If you want to be physically , emotionally, or mentally healed from Cancer, depression, an intecessory prayer request for healing helps faciltate your healing hourney.

2. Use "I ASK": “ask and ye shall receive." Sometimes when we communicate that we want a specific request or result answered, we are really general, sorta "ho hum" about the intention. The Bible states "ask and ye shall receive". Using the term "I ask" gets God/ the Universe/ your Higher Power's attention that you are serious about your request, and not just having a hopeful conversation with yourself.

3. “IT IS MY INTENT.” That phrase brings your prayers into the NOW, at this very moment in time. When you state that it is your intention, intention is never never land, with no end or beginning, just "out there" somewhere in time. Do you want results in this lifetime or incarnation? Then set your intent, with a "t" to produce immedicate results, not intend with a "d" for never never land time.

4. Repeat the prayer 3 times, 3 is the universal number. This creates emphasis and focus! You may choose to say it only once, I prefer emphasis if it really means that much to me.

5. At the end of your prayer request, end it with "Now, Forevermore, and Always." "Now”, brings the prayer into the present timeframe. “Forevermore” takes the prayer into all of time so your answer can come from "all there is in all of time". “Always” makes the prayer results continuous, and not just a quick fix. Your free will choice can choose the length of the results after they have occurred.

6. Then add, "So be it, it is done. Thank you." “So be it” brings your prayer into the present life situation instantly. “It is done” manifests that your prayer IS reality! Adding "thank you" reflects your grattitude for any and all help.

7. Prayer Confirmations: If you are asking for a prayer confirmation, or to be shown something, ASK for a specific timeframe and for a specific number of confirmations within that timeframe. I suggest 3 confirmations within 24, 48 or 72 hours, or choose a specific timeframe. Ask that you be able to see, recognize, interpret and understand the confirmation sent to you from your Higher Power and Guides. What God/ the Universe/ your Higher Power, may feel is really obvious, may not, at this point be understandable by you.

8. If you do NOT get any confirmations, then KNOW that it may not be the time for you to have an answer. Try again later and specifically ask in another way. I always try 3 times. Sometimes no answer is THE current answer.
What does this mean? It means the God/ the Universe/ your Higher Power needs a little more time in processing and lining up the myriad number of details for your answer. The Universe doesn’t respond with a half-baked answer.

Energy Healing for Your Sick Children, Family Members & Friends with Love.

The alternative medicine of Love is a great Healer. Often times when a child is sick, a Mother doesn't know where to turn other than to allopathic medicine. Complementary to and integrated with traditional medical treatments and procedures is love. There have been many "miraculous" turn arounds and healings that have been supported by a caregiver or family member who thru love have held hope and belief that the patient will get well against all the odds. A caregiver's loving touch, prayers and contribution to a positive environment and positive attitudes can help change the course of an illness. Below are some suggestions to help facilitate healing in someone you love.

As a caregiver, you can learn ways to help your "patient's" environment, which in turn contributes to their well-being. The environment that surrounds a sick person takes on the energy of those people that participate in the patient's healing journey. It is imperative to have all those that are working towards the health of the patient to have a positive "can do" attitude. Even unspoken dismay and disbelief permeates the patient's and the environment's energy field, and contributes negative energy that cancels a positive atmosphere. Holding a positive loving attitude creates a subliminal environmental energy support system that inspires the desire to live and to have better health.

Unless medically prohibited, plants help an environment, as do cheerful colors, soothing music, prayer and laughter. Laughter therapy is rapidly gaining ground as a healing modality, like positive attitudes. Create a happy book, wall, or poster board with fun pictures to contribute to positive mental health that assists healing. The power of laughter and positive attitudes both trigger the brain to create chemicals that cause the body to create better immune system responses which is critical when combating illness.

On a physical level, a caregiver can use their love to help the patient's health.
(Information for this exercise: you receive energy with your left hand and send energy if you are right handed, and the reverse if you are left handed.)
If you are right handed, placing your left hand on your heart and your right hand on the patient's left hand state: "Thru the Love of my heart I send you my life force energy to do with as you so choose on your healing journey." This honors the patient's journey, whether it is being physically cured or healing thru transition.

Another technique is to hold the ball of the patient's feet in the palm of your hands and state: "I send you my life force energy to use as you so choose, and it is my intent to remove any and all excess, unnecessary, toxic, pain and unhealthy energy and to replace that energy with the physically healing, pain free energy of the Christ White Light (or the Universe, or whatever power source that you acknowledge). So be it, it is done." This helps the patient to become more balanced and stabilized. It has shown great results.

Healing and the power of healing on all levels can to be summed up in the phrase "and the greatest of these is love."

Tips for Choosing Your Support Group

Support groups come in all sizes and flavors, in person and online. Whether you're looking for a divorce support group, a cancer support group, depression, grief, or weight loss support group, the elements for providing you with substantive and positive emotional, mental, physical or spiritual support are still the same. There are two kinds of support groups: positive and negative.

Positive:
A pro-active positive support group is one that promotes learning about new medicines, new procedures, new clinical trials, new books, CD's et al about your disorder. This group promotes going forward, and helps facilitate your research and personal empowerment as a blessing.

When you are introduced to the group they do not spend endless hours recounting the disease story about why you are here. It's a fact that does not need to be addressed again and again that you have a disorder story. YOU live it, so why keep going over it and over it and over it, to activate all that negative energy? That's WHY you joined that particular group.

The positive group leader is not intimidated by your unanswerable questions, but is inspired to become more educated about your topic. Your leader encourages you to ask current unanswerable questions and challenges each member to think beyond disease limiting conditions and current horizons. They promote all of the members to participate by delegating various positive assignments for everyone.

If this is a local group, you take "glad to be alive, share life" field trips that have absolutely NOTHING to do with the disorder, and EVERYTHING about feeling good about yourself, seeing the world, laughing and having a balanced life.

This group supports taking care of your appearance, sharing new ideas, resources and adventures about makeup, hair, wardrobe, personal hygiene and physical rehabilitation and exercise. This group wants you to care about your personal appearance, so when you look in the mirror and are seen by friends, you look alive, and as healthy and refined as possible for your condition. They discourage maintaining a "sick" image.

Negative:
It should be a great concern to be in a group that does nothing but recount what was and all that is unhealthy and unhappily going on in the life of it's participants. Inevitably this will negatively
impact participant's minds and spirits. This is often seen in online Internet groups.
Research tends to support that recounting your horror story and reading the countless venting of others, does not support a positive attitude that promotes physical healing and healthy emotional and mental responses.

This group meets only to go over and over and over your tale of diagnosis and personal devastation, from your introduction "story" to your tale of weekly woes. This is a disorder "victim" group. It is commiseration of negative energy at the highest level of disguise.

No matter how much you think that this group is helping you, they are not. They exist to talk about and share negative experiences creating a "stuck" atmosphere. It’s bonding by perpetual "downers."You do not receive points on the other side for being a victim of your diagnosis, disease, or plight. You are in fact, contributing to your own demise. Acceptance is one thing, denial another.

Being a victim assists your problem in draining your own life force energy. Having a problem and addressing it with the "pity poor me" approach is futile. It may elicit help for a while, but the keyword here is for a while. Give up the pity party. Fight! Instead, use that time researching how to restore and regenerate your life.

Do not use the fact that you are having a terrible reaction to something in your treatment as making you special or as your identity. I have seen many cancer clients who wanted attention, and used the negative occurrences in their illness as a banner to set them apart. This is not productive. It frustrates your healthcare provider. They are aware of the psychological reasons you are using your negative reaction for attention. Understanding that this is a confusing and complicated time in your life, try to take your identity from your positive approach to life. Therefore, when you healthcare provider does not emphasize or respond to your negative identity crisis, it’s a good sign. Their job is to assist your health, not enable you.

Grieving is an area that takes a little more time. HOWEVER, positive attitudes are essential here also. Although you have lost a loved one, living with a dead memory can kill off your life force energy day to day and breath by breath. I personally understand this as my fiance was killed in a sudden auto crash. I never had the chance to say ANYTHING! However, it's better to celebrate their life and remember all the good. Then you keep all the "positive" alive which is contributory to your healing. By celebrating their life, you never have to bury their memories. You can take them out at any time, like a special gift and savor all the wonderful thoughts and feelings.

Weight loss is just that. It takes times. However, while waiting, you can focus on the light at the end of the scale, instead of the chocolate bars and emotional traumas creating your health issue. You CAN tell a health story that presents your "learning opportunity" as a learning opportunity to help heal the others in your group, rather than a commiseration band aid.

If your group is not continually teaching you new and progressive things, and supporting your positiveemotional, mental, spiritual and physical and appearance growth, leave.

If your group doesn't embrace having an open mind and awareness without censorship other than that of your personal intuition, leave!UNTIL you take your knowledge gained from any group and turn it into a positive learning opportunity that you do something about! you are not going forward. Unless you choose to grow forward, you will remain in the same condition that brought you into the group in the first place.

Research continues to affirm that being a part of a positive support can add quality and quantity to your life. Although the intent of most support groups is to be contributory in helping it's members, a negative group can ultimately do more harm than good.

A Day in The Life of A Medical Intuitive - Part 1

Most articles on medical intuition and medical intuitives address how to get certification, natural gift development, and awakening the intuitive you. This article presents the human side of this ability.

Traditional medicine is becoming more integrated with alternative medicine (thank goodness). Depending upon the open mindedness of the health care facility and it's staff you receive different welcomes.

My real name is Brent Atwater. However when I walk into Intensive Care, my name is "who the H…is that?" Moving on to the patient's room, visitors ask and call me "who's she?" As the attending healthcare provider whispers out of the side of their mouth to the immediate family, "who's that, and why is she here", I gain yet another identity.

If asked to leave the room, the family immediately states, "she's with us", so I'm not escorted out. Interesting, during this entire process, I don't have a name. So don't think you're going to arrive in a healthcare facility and be given a beautiful brass badge that says Medical Intuitive. Let's also dispel the fact that no one but the family and client really cares what you do except to get information for their benefit or to learn more about your skills, mostly out of curiosity.

In more progressive hospitals I get to be a "medical intuitive", and no one makes a funny face and tilts their head saying "a what?" However, the curious come out of the corners. "You do WHAT?" is the standard reply when you explain that you can look inside a patient's body like a human MRI. Immediately they say, "what do you see in me?" I never answer that with a parlor trick. Instead I explain that it would not honor them or their issues to do a quick "focus and find." To perform Kodak moments for the benefit of justifying your competency is, in my opinion, neither professional nor contributory to the profession's legitimacy.

Some medical intuitives claim to smell disease and disorder. Think about that…… not your pleasant aromatherapy input. Unless you learn how to manage your abilities, i.e. put up and take out of your gift portfolio briefcase what is needed when you need it, medical intuition can negatively permeate your human being. Walking around on a day-to-day basis smelling disease is NOT pleasant.

And then there's standing in the line at the post office everyday or during the holiday rush. There's Bob with heart disease shining thru his next day air, Sally holding the hand of her son who is about to get a sore throat, and Martha at the counter with kidney failure on the way. Selling stamps is Marvin who was abused as a child and his counterpart wrapping a priority mail envelope while manifesting breast cancer. This input definitely makes your standing in line more unique that others, but on an ongoing basis is not fun and is rather intense. You have to consciously shut out the information you receive, both to honor the soul who is in your sensory path, and to honor your sanity! Controlling your ability and monitoring when you use it, will create less personal burn out.

For Carolyn Myss and others who have paved the way for those of us that follow, our hats are off to each of you. Medical intuition and medical intuitives have come a long way. Whether you are naturally gifted, heavily certified, or somewhere in between, there will still be a time when your client say, "wow, you guessed exactly what the doctor said" OR, "how'd you know this would be on the MRI?"
